Alex has enjoyed a twenty year career in the commercial real estate industry. Having held senior positions with development companies as well as institutional investment advisors, Alex understands the business of commercial real estate from initial site identification to disposition.
Alex has played a pivotal role in significant development projects, including the award-winning Emerald Hills shopping center, the expansive ICE District – Canada's largest sports and entertainment development, and the thriving Monarch Business Park, a 100-acre industrial project boasting prestigious tenants like Amazon and Hello Fresh.
If it is a truism that real estate houses people and jobs, then our industry must accelerate our pace of change. The workforce and the economy are in a time of rapid transformation. "Keeping on, keeping on" does not cut it any more.
